No Wine Left Behind started as socially distanced backyard parties in New York City during the early days of COVID. Our mission was simple: bring together good wine and good company for some friendly competition. It was a way for people to get together and connect, unwind over a few bottles of wine, learn, and PLAY.

Friends told their friends, and our NWLB circle kept growing. For wine newbies and experts alike, it was a new way to enjoy wine — because we may love a dry wine, but learning about wine should never feel dry.

From there, NWLB founder Fallon took her wine knowledge to the next level, working at a natural wine shop, getting certified with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (Level 2), and traveling the world to meet winemakers and get her hands dirty — literally.

Today, we host our signature blind tasting games at bars, wineries, galleries, coworking spaces, private events, and unique venues all over the city and beyond — check the retreats page to join us on our next trip!

“There’s no better way to learn than to taste the wine and touch the soil.”

No Wine Left Behind wouldn't exist without the support of some pretty incredible human beings. Here are a few of the faces you're likely to see at our events (or hear from online)!
